Internship job description:
Position Summary
The intern's role will be as a Junior Technical Support Engineer. The primary responsibility will be in the identification, vetting, creation and publishing of knowledgebase articles on our customer Knowledgebase. The intern will receive training in FactoryTalk ProductionCentre as well as various Technical Support Tools and utilities, specifically RightNow CX.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled full time at an accredited college or university majoring in IT, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering. Candidates need to have very good writing/typing skills as well as possess a solid technical background (e.g. Computer Science or Computer Information Systems), with an interest in learning how Enterprise Software support is done. They should be able to handle minimal supervision, be a self starter and have good organization skills.
